nformal, conversational interview - no predetermined questions are asked, as a way to remain as open and adaptable as possible to the interviewee’s nature and priorities; throughout the interview the interviewer “goes using the flow”. General interview guide approach - meant to be sure that the same general aspects of information are collected from each interviewee; this gives more focus than the conversational approach, but nonetheless allows a college degree of freedom and suppleness in getting the info from the interviewee.
