OCL 1.6 submission for UML 2.0

The 1.6 submission from the UML 2.0 standardisation activity became a draft of OCL 2.0. It has more than just historical interest, since it is the last version directly derived from the author's Latex. This is particularly significant when studying Annex A of OCL 2.0 and 2.2 where the automated conversion to FrameMaker corrupted many mathematical symbols. Some corruptions result in obvious gibberish, some are just confusing but some give a wrong meaning. When studying Annex A, always refer back to this 1.6 original if the mathematics appears wrong.
