HotSpot: Time management

Description

The Hooks in this HotSpot describe how the Shop manages time and how these mechanisms can be adapted and used.

Hooks

Define New Timer Type	A new type of timer that is not provided by the Framework is needed.
Define Time Representation	The time representation needs to be defined.
Incorporate Timer	A timer must be defined to be used by the Shop's time management.
Select Timer Type	The type of timer must be selected.
